I rode one of those when I was 15. It was my riding buddy's. His dad rebuilt it for him. He always wanted to ride my 90 CR125 and I'd ride his kx400. Dam thing was fast and made my hands go numb.
Back in the mid to late 70s a dealer in the north of England, I think it was Doug Hacking, produced these and the 250s with up and over exhausts and longer travel suspension as a clubman alternative to more expensive euro Mx bikes.
I recall seeing them on the tracks back in the 70's. Very strong bikes.

Great bike till it breaks...no replacement parts..I couldn't find a piston n rings for mine.
Pistons are out there. Just need to know where to look. Also I believe Vintco will be making Rod kits ND Pistons for these soon
