I'm not one for leaving comments on youtube videos, but you Sir are a gentleman and scholar. Thank you so much! I bought this printer after looking over a vast number of reviews and chose the M283fdw. It's been great for printing but I always had an issue with scans to gmail, and the HP "online help" is total BS to put it politely. Your simple video of ~7mins resolved the issue which HP's website / online chat / bots could not do. Cheers mate!

Did anyone else have issues putting the IP address into google? I put it in and it searched for awhile and then said that it could not reach the page.
Dear sir, google doesn’t have an “app password” option after the 2 step verification at least not now, there is no possibility to generate a password code for scan to email setup.
