for graphics settings i have the medium preset with model details and effects details on low. my sensitivity is 800 dpi with 6.80 in game for lucio just make sure backwards wall riding is enable and wall jump on release is turned off

ive changed it since this video you might have to just try and recreate it as close you can sorry, it should just be some variation of the circle.
