confusing area poorly layout eveyday horrendous traffic.
It's all an illusion. The BGC retail establishments are the same pretty much anywhere in the Philippines. I notice the aurbnb rates are reasonable since competition is intense. Go to Alabang, Nuvali, Quezon City,Makati and Tagaytay.
BGC Needs some new development, Attractions, and Rehabilitation, for Example 1. Installing a new big vertical LED 3D/4D big screen at the ongoing construction Pioneer House BGC facing the 5th Avenue Central Square Mall and 2 existing LED screens. 2. Installing or setting up an interconnected elevated walkway along the stretch of BGC, where they can use the 2nd floors of the boutique or stores in the high street, where most of them are empty and not utilized. 3. Rehabilitation or renovation of Mind Museum and adding some attractions like the Art Island in QC.
4. Pushing or continuity to make the planned and canceled construction projects of high rise iconic buildings in BGC like the Icone Tower, Golden Topper BGC,
