Marinade:
500g chicken thighs
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
Cucumber pickles:
½ cucumber
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp white rice vinegar
8 Bao Buns
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger
5g cilantro
1 green onion
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp vegetable oil
