Kirk brings up the point about POTUS ignoring Congressional questions and how the Supreme Court may insist that it's not getting in the middle of the question, I have to say, at what point does the Supreme Court even need to exist anymore if this is the stance of it? If that were indeed the case - that the SC did not want to weigh in on this - they should all be dismissed and re appointed or disbanded entirely. The constitution's intention is not unclear. There are checks and balances, and right now the balance is HEAVILY in favor of the Executive and it has been for along time. I would argue this is a constitutional crisis in its basest form. The Congress needs to take back its rights, and the SC cannot stand in the way of that.
Jim Ryder was friends with Hal Puthoff. Puthoff is the one who arranged BAASS, LLC to be the recipient of a craft that was in the possession of Lockheed Martin Space Systems where Jim Ryder was a Senior VP. They were willing to divest themselves of the craft for fresh study by the Bigelow Aerospace team... But according to David Grusch, this deal was struck down by the CIA's Deputy Director of Science and Technology at the time. Thus the reason why Robert Bigelow created BAASS, LLC in January 2008 before the AAWSAP contract was even proposed by DIA's Defense Warning Office later that August. So BAASS, LLC was founded to inherit the Lockheed Martin craft but ended up settling for the DIA contract to study the Phenomenon at Skinwalker Ranch.

I think there are two other questions that we are missing. What is reality? They other is how much if reality is steered by our conciousness and or beliefs. Ultimately what we believe has a direct influence on how we live our lives. And that comes back to is the universe a conflicting battle between good and evil?. If that were indeed the case - that the SC did not want to weigh in on this - they should all be dismissed and re appointed or disbanded entirely. The constitution's intention is not unclear. There are checks and balances, and right now the balance is HEAVILY in favor of the Executive and it has been for along time. I would argue this is a constitutional crisis in its basest form. The Congress needs to take back its rights, and the SC cannot stand in the way of that.

But according to David Grusch, this deal was struck down by the CIA's Deputy Director of Science and Technology at the time. Thus the reason why Robert Bigelow created BAASS, LLC in January 2008 before the AAWSAP contract was even proposed by DIA's Defense Warning Office later that August. So BAASS, LLC was founded to inherit the Lockheed Martin craft but ended up settling for the DIA contract to study the Phenomenon at Skinwalker Ranch.

My grandfather was a Department Head at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory in Port Hueneme, CA. He retired in 1973 after 32 years. He was obsessed with the UFO/UAP phenomena. **If you’re serious about disclosing to the public the first thing that officials need to do is go back to Project Bluebook and explain to the American people the extensive disinformation campaign.** Explain that it seemed necessary at the time for National security. People need to understand WHY they immediately think, “crazy, lunatic” when someone says UFO or UAP. Start with this. Only THEN will people be able to open up and listen to what is being disclosed. Otherwise I’m afraid it will turn partisan and people will associate UFO/UAP with the Trump administration and call everyone nut jobs. Of course this isn’t true, but you’ve got to make this make sense to ordinary citizens.
