Mam, admixture value will be change in calculation and last summary answer.
i want to know that in mix designing what is the role of grade of cement since in designing its only mentioned the weight of cement but there is no specification on grade of cement to be used. pls. ma'am answer. thanks a lot for all your videos
The grade of cement is not accounted for in mix design calculation but it enhances the quality of concrete.
The grade of cement depends on the purpose of the concrete used.
Kindly refer to the below link for more details about the different grades of cement

Pl refer to IS SP 23, HAND BOOK OF CONCRETE MIX DESIGN, Where in curves are given for W/C ratio vs fck for different Grade of cement. For eg, 53 grade cement requires less w/c ratio for particular value of fck, and 43 grade cement requires a little more w/c fir the same value of fck. Similarly, 33grade of cement requires still more value of w/c ratio.
Very good
Whay you have taken 60% and 40% for 20mm and 10 mmm coarse aggregate
