I have seen better from Emma Hairpiece, but I also think we have to be realistic when we are looking at super cheap human hair wigs. The ones that look better were also more expensive.

I just received my wig from Emma, it arrived so quickly I was amazed. It is short, light brunette, European hair and it is fabulous. I have a very small head and nothing fits me until now. I personally think that the plucked hairline looks more realistic since most women don't have a super dense hairline as hair breakage is most prevalent around the forehead. For anyone who is new here, Denise ALWAYS gives honest reviews and points out challenges with each piece, as well as offering suggestions on dealing with those challenges! I highly recommend her channel!!

Learned a lot about the full lace front. I thought they all had to be glued.
I'm going to have to watch this again too understand where you cut so you don't need to glue. When the wig is inside out it takes me a bit to figure out where you are.
I've skipped out on wigs that needed glue. But there's one I'd love if it doesn't have to be glued.

I've been binge watching your videos and have to say you are the most informative person out there about wigs! You are so thorough and point all the little things that can be important to know which as a detailed person greatly appreciate. You cover all the questions I have as I start my wig journey. I've been struggling finding a wig that I feel comfortable wearing in public. I think I agree with your opinions on short wigs vs long and the type of fibers. I haven't had any hands on experience with that yet but it makes sense. I am still considering a human hair wig and the ones you show are much more reasonably priced but not quite happy with how the style looks but I'm assuming that can be changed. I watched the one video where you took the inexpensive wig and made it look good! I just ordered a few wigs from Amazon that were inexpensive just to see what they look like. I was looking for a salt/pepper wig and not one that is more salt which many seem to be. I wasn't grey before my hair fell out but was blonde with help from the hairdresser! I remember seeing a woman years ago that had a shoulder length bob that was a beautiful salt and pepper and how stylish she looked so I want to see if I can find something like that! I cannot tell that that is a wig, it looks fantastic on you. Also someone would probably have to be standing quite close to even see the knots x
I agree!! I think we are super sensitive to knotting on wigs but most people do not pay that much attention to us. Even when they are talking to us!

Yes! I have one by them that I had colored and it looks GORGEOUS after coloring! You can definitely do both!

Unfortunately it doesn't, they have other wigs in different colors and may have some similar styles in different colors..

First, it really looks great on you. Now, the quality of the coloring is really "too" off. And, the lace front knots appear obvious even with the powder. I can appreciate that they are trying to make human hair wigs affordable.
How do you adhere to the nape? I have an issue with my wig riding up.
Hi! The nape is really difficult to adhere unless it has poly on it. I wrote a blog post about wig fit and at the end is a list of ideas that people have shared with me that have helped them with this issue. You might be able to... but I will caution you that not all wigs are suitable to be highlighted. A wig like this has been HIGHLY processed and might not take lightening very well. I would try some of the underside hair and see how it goes.

Too bad all the dark colors have horrible thick stripes of highlights. Hardly subtle.
