Sometimes when you’re fighting chronic illnesses and disability’s you just get over tired and need to take rest days. That’s OK, it’s not a bad thing to do so. It’s good to let your body rest and recoup from all the things you have achieved.
It’s the little things in life that are exciting like getting your hair cut. Stacey has not been able to have her hair cut for a couple of years for a few reasons one major reason being too sick to do so.
Trying to balance things can be difficult, but you slowly learn a good balance that feels right for you and your body. Today we see why rest days are so needed for some as Stacey crashes and burns out.
