This , Tracks of my Tears, and Change Gonna Come are my favorite performances...Adam Is the best talent ever to cross on AI . Yet American is still stupid enugh to to make him win. Hes still famous though lol. And this song is very special!
@jshphl He also had a hit song written by Pink "Whataya want from me" and was the first Idol contestant to come back to AI and be a mentor because of his originality and artistry. I don't think any AI compares to Adam. Maybe not in record sales YET but overall coverage and attention. He beats them all.

OK, let's not get crazy. Adam is CRAZY talented for sure. But, more famous than any other AI winner? Ummm. Ever heard of Carrie, Daughtry or Clarkson? We can debate whether he's more talented than other winners (I would argue he's among the top 2-3 ever), but fame is something that can be captured more factually. Factually, there are 6-7 other contestants that are more "famous" and "popular".
Generally, no one cares if he's gay. He's more famous than Kris or any AI winner even. He's the only AI contestant that won an award right after the season. The only one that appeared in Rolling Stone & Entertainment magazine covers right after the contest. He just recorded the theme song of the 2012 movie. Who beats that? Only 2, actually . . . the other is Jennifer Hudson.
He is the package. He has it all. Can not stop listening to him. 2nd album is on its way this fall and I can't wait.
