    Ray seems like the really nice guy at the bar. You know, the one who's friendly with everyone but could knock you out with a single punch and not lose his smile. Has a real Dan Severn vibe, like a potentially deadly Ned Flanders.

    I always loved wrestling.. I never cared that it was choregraphed or fake.. I got it, it was fun, and part of the fun was cheering or booing, at the top of our lungs. These guys have to be strong, agile, and overall technically skillfull in order not to seriously injure each others. They put on a fantastic show, and they do it with passion. Wrestling is more exciting to me than most games of football, baseball, basketball, hockey or golf, which are all extraordinarily booooooooooring for the most part. Thank you Raymond and Jacques, along with your elders Jean and Jacques senior for all the wonderful moments of pure magic you gave to me. I mean, isn't giving joy to others, giving people something to hang on to life the main reason to live and die for ? Thank you guys. Long live wrestling !!

    The thing with Dino Bravo is he probably could have gone to All Japan or New Japan and made some money. Back in 1991 1992 All Japan was really strong and they loved to use big North American wrestlers. And maybe he could have gotten a contract with WCW. I'm sure WCW would have loved to have another WWF star on their roster.

    I had heard way back about the murder of Dino Bravo and that he was involved in the illegal sale of cigarettes in Canada. I assumed that he short changed someone SO that was why he was murdered. I never knew until many years later that Dino Bravo had organized crime contacts and that he was killed execution style. Very SAD end to a pretty decent wrestling career.

  • @BunchMarketing
    @BunchMarketing 8 років тому +10

    Everyone doesn't belong in the Hall Of Fame just because you want them there or you feel sorry that they were some undercard performer that needs recognition. Bravo was on the bottom rung and not that good. Everyone shouldn't win the World Title and everyone doesn't get to go in the HOF. That's life. Otherwise, what meaning does it have? Although wrestling is entirely fictional, the HOF should only showcase the best of the best to retain an appearance of legitimacy (though I realize that's a stretch at this point with names WWE has inducted).

      That's the mob's style. They took no chances. I have a feeling Dino screwed over the wrong guy and he sent a message to Dino's associates and everyone in Canada that if you mess with them you get dealt with in a brutal fashion. It sucks, but Dino should have known better.

    • @TheStuport
      @TheStuport 8 років тому

      You'd think Dino had some pull in the mob....I'm wondering if he was warned earlier to stop doing whatever it was he was doing and he simply ignored the warning(s) and he got "17 answers"??....if "a message" was to be sent via Dino...i'm sure that message was heard!!! Salute
