Very nice, this table! I've got one myself. It stands in the middle of the sewing room and so it is very handy for drawing and cutting as I can walk around it. And when I lower it, it is a big table for sewing. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Greetings from Holland.

Looks like a very nice. I bought a Koala sewing cabinet many years ago and that's what I still use but I like the large flat surface of this FlexiSpot and I love the idea that it raises and lowers. Enjoy it!!

Fabulous table Jen. I like the fact that you can raise or lower it. I splurged last year and got myself a Juki coverstitch machine. After all my years of sewing and it's a lot (I'm a couple of years older than you) I decided to spoil myself. I love it. So you'll have lots of room on your new table to accommodate one. Take care.
Good for you! I really need to just bite the bullet and get one. I want one with air threading, though - we're too old not to get the bells and whistles!
@@TodayinJensSewingRoom Hehe. Yes we deserve the best at our age!! Although I was speaking to my sewing machine repair man about the air threading overlockers and he said they're good but they just need a bit of dust in the air thready thingie to make them not go (very technical terms as you can see 🤣). I got the Juki MCS-1500 (you've probably got more up-to-date models in the US) and I'm thrilled with it. I find that if I tie the new thread to the bottom thread and pull through and then just thread the top threads manually I never have any trouble. Take care.

That's one of the things that really sold me. The base is REALLY heavy. And the way it's attached, that bamboo top is going nowhere. It's heavy as well. I got the 72" x 30" size, so I'm sure that contributes to the weight, making it even more stable.
I don't have this table but I have one that moves up and down and I love it. I use the higher setting for cutting fabric. Less bending means more sewing.

I have the same machine as you I love my Pfaff creative 2140. I also have a Pfaff Tiptronic 2040 there such work horses. Wouldn’t trade my pfaff’s for any other machine. Happy sewing 😊

I think that the table would be great as a projector table so you could lower to get a larger projection area to cut out patterns. What are the measurements of your table? Would a 36" x 48" cutting mat fit on it?
It would be perfect for a projector. I got the 72" x 30" size, so a 36" x 48" would be slightly too big. But if you could get a 24" x 48" mat, that would work well.

The website is very confusing to me. Do you order the base separately or is it all one sale for the base and the top?
It's all one table - you just choose which color base and what kind of finish you want on the top when you decide on the specific table you want.

i wish you would have shown the vibration while sewing. it seems like no one is truly addressing that in all of these promo videos im seeing. it makes me wonder if there is more vibration than being told.
I don't have any vibration when I use my serger. That's one of the things that really impressed me about the table - it doesn't shake.
