After this surgery, can we do heavy sports like bodybuilding? For example leg extension with 100 kg.

Sure why not? Since its just bone, not cartilage. Bone can heal. But if you damaged the cartilage in the kner and the meniscus it is adviced not to do heavy sport

I wish this wasn't true, but these osteotomy surgeries ruin people's health and that of all the other people who have them done. The bone where they sawed afterwards doesn't stick properly anymore, it gets weak and it will slide little by little and sink inwards with time. I believe that a bone scar is left or for some other reason I don't know. Maybe it is left with little room to regenerate and becomes weak or another reason. It is not the same as a normal fracture where afterwards the bone becomes normal again. When you sawed it, or break it with a chisel, in this case it is different. The bone is left with a problem afterwards. Then the person gets all twisted because of this, as the bone sinks, it ends up twisting or sinks all the other bones of the body. If they do it in the lower limbs. But everywhere, it ends up disturbing people. Besides that, the nerves around where they do this also sink and leave their original place, and then the person starts to feel everything altered and only starts to feel bad things afterwards. Both in the external environment and in the body itself because of this. This surgery is a mistake in medicine, just as there are mistakes in any other profession. I don't know how it hasn't been forbidden until today, with so many people getting bad afterwards, I'm pretty sure all of them. It doesn't matter if it is done on the nose, leg, foot, heel, people end up getting bad the same way. I hope this comment helps. Take great care, health is very precious. After we lose it, our life becomes very difficult, and so does the life of the people around us, who end up being affected as well. A hug.

You are presuming and assuming, which is irresponsible. Your comment is based on your own personal opinion and not on fact.
Granted, you are entitled to your opinion, but please refrain from disinformation… ‘‘bones not ‘sticking’ properly’’, ‘’sawed or break with a chisel, it’s different’’, ‘’ends up twisting and sinks the other bones of the body’’… you do realise operations not dissimilar to these have been performed for millennia, with varying degrees of success. But, we owe to some of mistakes from the past, a better understanding of how the body performs and it’s ability to heal.
Health IS very precious, and life does become difficult when good health diminishes… and this is exactly why operations such as these are life-changing, for all involved.
I wish you well, with many hugs.

Hello Inthe, how are you? It's not based on my personal opinion, it's based on facts. And it is not misinformation. On the contrary, it is a clarification about the mistakes of osteotomy surgery. I have studied this subject and it has also happened in my own body. There are surgeries that should be forbidden, these surgeries have for about two centuries, and many people worsed got sick and ill because of them. Much worse. And nothing has been done about it. Just go through the history of medicine, there were many mistakes, and that's why things have changed. But there are things that are still wrong with these surgeries today. Several people I talked to also got worse. Much worse. And everything I said in the comment is true, so my conscience is clear and calm about this. A hug. Then the person suffers the rest of his life because of this surgery, without anyone doing anything to reverse the situation. It is very difficult and sometimes it doesn't even work. Or depending on the surgery that they are going to do, it would be better not to do it at all because the person could get even worse if they don't open the bone in the same place. Sometimes they want to saw open the bone in a different place. What good does this do? If with one cut in the bone there is already all this problem, imagine with two and in different places. You can't do this. It is to put an end to the person's health this way forever. You have to open it in the same place that it was opened the first time and put something to firm the bone. Otherwise, you get sick and bad for the rest of your life. As the bone is weaked where they sawed it afterwards, not even the screw can hold it, even after it has been consolidated. It to havekeeps sliding. The person's nerves get all altered in place, and you start /to feeling bad things. And they don't come back the way they were before. And the person gets in trouble problens later
