Very nicely presented. Thank you. Although 28 mm is very big gap. I sometimes face this condition that my planned wedge size is different from what needed. I hope you can shed light on this topic in a video. Thanks again.
That could be due to miscalculation of the multiplication (magnification) factor. On larger X-rays and careful measurement the likelihood of error reduces
Thank you for the great video! I have a quick question here, 4:37 How do I suppose to decide the initial osteotomy line from osteotomy hinge? The video just says draw line to medial, and distal. How distal should the osteotomy line should be planned?
but mechanical axis after correction is lateral to the base of the lateral tibial spine (more that 62.5 percent from medial aspect) @2:30 @5:32. in any case, maybe 55 percent (tip of the lateral tibial spine) would be a better target to keep the angle of correction smaller.
मंगल सर के सिवा India मैं ऐसा कोई डॉक्टर नही जो ईतने study करके operation करता हो. Good work sir..
The mangal magic! Thank you sir.
Great illustrated video, we need more of these educational videos
Thanks

hi sir, great video! i want to know how do u determine the oblique line whereby u mark the medial point of the tibia? (video minute 4.03) thank you

Is the magnification factor constsnt for all cases sir??
@@nagarvind5480 no. Depends on relative distances between source, subject & film
You are an inspiration dear sir. Can we have a video on how to plan and do a three dimensional correction Also. Regards
