7 years i worked at cts. 😢. I will never ever go again there. Such a worst experience i have ever had

@@ThoufiqM_ bro. I got selected in off campus immediately after my engineering. They assigned me in ITIS PROJECT in mainframes. But always I wanted to explore new things. So started learning oracle,sql etc, team didn't encourage me instead they demotivated like hell. Though I prepared documentation and fixing prod issues promptly without seeking help from others. So got good mentor and best Employee award in 2016. Later, they mocking me behind. Dumping more workloads which not even relevant to my project. When I approach my manager that I wanna explore in application side. Because learnt Tomcat application so and so. Actually I learned many in those 7 years by my own interest. They didn't like me to do all these. Pinpointing my worklife and compared to others. Finally they gave me 4th rating which I was not deserved to receive. I cameout and joined UST global and doing testing for a year. That too not satisfied. And moved to Cloud. Again doing devsecops along with Cloud. Why I am telling these means, I can't sit in same organization for years with same technology. Improving day by day and learning new things day by day and joined now in another company. Wanna switch next year. I met bully ppl in cognizant. I was not happy. But thanks to them for teaching me to read ppl wherever I go. Now it helps me a lot to coordinate with team members

Hi i attend interview on feb 9 got selected for cognizant i send my documents but there was mismatch in my pan card to correct that one week time gone after correction i send the pan card to cognizant hr she told me that currently your profile is on hold in my place other candidates selected she told me if your profile is suitable for any other openings hr will get back to you what to do now should i wait for offer letter or try any other company
Try for other companies too ma... If you get some good package that CTS means it would be beneficial for you ma
