Cognizant is a big company...i don't think its a fair salary bro after 3.3 years 54000 INR = 640 usd is still not fair ..In Pakistan medium IT Company pays 80000 pkr = 287 usd to freshers and big companies pays 100000 - 120000 = 430- usd to freshers.... and after 3.3 year the minimal reach is almost 200000 = 718 usd I think due to huge supply of talent and cost of living is good, their salaries are low... and here in pakistan cost of living is high and supply is very low...so the bearly talented individual get good salary.... Conculsion : Indian IT companies should raise their standards. .....

If you passed out in aug'22 , then it's only 6 months not 1 year. Companies provide the salary after the onboarding, noone will give money before onboarding.

Salary range mainly depend on your experience and your profile. That's something I can't comment. For the internship experience, if you have done that after your graduation then definitely you should include that, if done during graduation then that won't be considered. Thanks

If you stay in the same company and get a good rating (of course have to get a good rating to survive in one IT company for a decade and have to be very hard working ) you can earn up to 18 to 20 lac Plus the possibility of an onsite opportunity. You can earn a fortune. If you change your company salary can go up to 25 to 30 lacs again it depends on your technology.
Useless video u r explaining only based on your end in cognizant. It is not explained in a generalized way in ur video. Currently they upgraded their policies and revised their salary structure also....u have to make salary expectation video on today's scenario not past scenario.

It's very difficult but not impossible. I already change my domain and technology once. However, it can only be possible if you are in PDP or GDP or there are no projects in your technology. You can reach out to the practice head of other technology and check if they are reskilling. Sometimes HR also provides this option if your track record is good.

no limit depends on your technology one can earn up to 30 lacs also :).However, in case of recession slow down . You can also lose your job. I can only saw both Govt jobs and IT jobs have their pros and cons.
