@@RollieWilliams You must be gutted about not being able to take part in the U.S open because of lockdown. Are you going to enter again next year?
I've been watching a lot of pool vids and there is a recent post on DrDaveBilliards channel which is a series of break and run drills that apparently, accurately gauge your skill level (there are 16 levels). Maybe you should give it a try. I've been playing for a year now and although I thought I was doing good, it turns out at the moment I am at a lower intermediate level 7 which is trying to run 9 balls in any order with an extra ball in hand. I can do it, but I can't do it 2 out of 3. Anyways, best of luck with your game.

😂exactly what I was thinking. And as Rollie points out much better!! Glad he is being a good sport about a little humor at his expense.

@@RollieWilliams you are a pretty solid player. Much better than your average viewer. But yes, she is prettier and a better player and I can say that comparison is for all of us. She is a talented and very disciplined player - and very kind on the eyes.

This is a great drill. It contains several critical shoots that frequently come up in a 10 rack. It was a great presentation and was well explained.

It's not so much the mastery of the angle the cue ball will take, it's the speed control I envy. Getting it to stop just where you need it to is so damn hard.

She has such a clean, linear stroke, it's almost like a machine is controlling the cue. She really hits where she's aiming at. This is in contrast to some (even professional) playlers where the cue is wiggling all over the place and contorting on all axes and the point of hit is completely different where the aim was :) It's especially disturbing for me to watch the great Bustamante doing this.

Michael didn’t know the reason behind this but Reyes makes this very prominent in his escape off the point of the centre pocket, he aims lower than low and then hits it applying more top than possible without miscueing

Your stroke .. has alot to do with how old you were when you started to play .. simple look at Keith mccreedy .. that side arm stroke cause he wasnt tall enogh yet to really reach the table .. cause he was so young n short .. but in the 80s n early 90s for the capital .. no one went near him .. n that's in any game on a pool table ...!! Comfort .. n as someone stated .. a great great hustlers old school move ..!!
