It is definitely one of our favorites as well...from a shore diving perspective. If you get the opportunity, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea are also absolutely terrific with some very different creatures. :-)
Nice! This is my first dive of the last dozen trips to Bonaire. I like being able to jump off to start the week. The shallow bowel at the entry is a good place to straighten out your bouyancy b4 heading south. It's also a great place to end the dive, there are often juvenile species and nudibranchs if you get lucky. And fish in the underhang behind the ladder when your getting out.
Thanks Bob. The black brotula (which we have spotted twice) make this a special site for me personally as I love seeing new animals. Have you been there at night? And you're right about it being a great place for a buoyancy check. All around terrific.
Indeed. It's one of our favorites on the north. We've been to Salt Pier a number of times this week and it NEVER disappoints. The night dive last week was fantastic! (bait ball, octopus, lettered olive - first time we've seen one of those - and even spotted eagle ray!) Video on Sunday. :-)
Bonaire is my favourite diving destination so far

Your video and photography is absolutely stunning. Great composition, and image quality. I love the fish ID, it's a great "study guide" Thank you!
