Hey Mr. Baczek, do you have a video or details regarding the slab not being flushed with the Zip System? For instance, what would be the best way to close that gap between the slab and Zip System if I was going to do R6 or R9. Thank you!
Mr. Baczek all of these houses you walkthrough on youtube, are they all exclusively designed by yourself or assistance with staff? I assume exclusively by you but just curious. Thank you.
My son and daughter work with me - but yes they are our work. Occasionally I walk a project that is not ours, but I will identify that in the video. It is one of the things that sets my videos apart. Alot of videos on YT are about others projects, photos etc.....
Home made and not engineered or tested I mean. We used to make them out of 2x4s too. Perfectly safe, just not engineered. I’d love a manufactured, tested version.

Hi Steve. Could you do a video on the detail you show at minute 2:30?
Garage slab will be 16 inches thick? Homeowner will be parking an M1A1 in here.

@@stevenbaczekarchitect9431 Thank you for the reply. I am curious to see the roof over this outdoor space and how well it fits into the house overall.
@@WhitPrzech Me too!!
Interesting design decision-there are no French or sliding door out to the rear patio area. That’s unusual these days.
Where can I ask a question about foundations..
I’m interested in your scaffolding brackets!
I've seen some home made ones way back in the 90's. They were definitely not osha approved though. These look cool.
@@purplerays6 I have seen these on jobsites all over, what makes them not OSHA?

What is the facia and rake material? I assume the soffit is the same manufacturer
