Also, the whole “reacts” sub genre of watching a show or movie and showing your reaction legally doesn’t fall under fair use laws. I don’t really know how this works out. This other person made a compilation of content. Do they get the ad revenue for their own content, or because it features Mark is that different? Music studios and movie studios have departments that just look for this stuff and send google links to have content removed or ads shifted. Changing the order of the stand up material and including different pieces from different places may be like rap or electronica music taking an existing song and changing it enough to make a different performance. It may be making a new unique thing to compiling things together. If THAT is true, then if Mark reposts it … he’s taken a thing someone else created and just copied it. But, the original belongs to someone else. I don’t know much about copyright law. Do you?
