Myself and several other smaller no-name artists I know have had our original art removed from sites like amazon, redouble, tee public, etc. simply because our drawings might use the same colors. (Rainbow colors using pink instead of red - nothing special.) So she files copyright reports because she thinks she owns the rainbow. And this is recent.

The factory is coming back here in AZ where I live , they just repainted everything again and the rainbow characters were standing in front of the building. I am so excited to see what they are going to do considering it's been 11 years since they shut it down. Great video, just wanted to let you know an update on what they are doing!

Whoa, that's really interesting to hear! I've noticed that LF has been doing more brand collaborations recently. Maybe they'll be launching more new products soon? Thanks so much for sharing this info!

@@JenniferLanda Your very welcome :) I hope they bring back the stores too, they used to have them in the mall here in AZ too back in the early 2000s when I was only 10,11.

I drive by it all the time, it’s been repainted for a while, I drove by the front a few days ago, there are windows in the lobby busted and there are no signs of any activity on the property.

@@esiebert7625 oh then why were the dressed up creatures of the merchandise waving in the front of the building on that news video about it?

    • @esiebert7625

@@Chelsgirl31 it was a tik tok video, the news just picked up on it, who knows what the plans are if anything, would be great if they did come back, just saying as of right now there is not really any activity at the site and it doesn't really show any immediate signs of re-opening but maybe they are trying to get investors first

She stole her original designs. She's not an honest or good person.

Love this video! Even though this wasn’t my jam back in the 80s because I was a young boy, my wife and I still have nostalgic memories of seeing Lisa Frank EVERYWHERE!!:) As a result, if we see a piece of current day LF merch, we pick it up for our 10 and 5 year old daughters:) Love ya, Jennifer!

Being from Tucson I know this Cruel woman personally. Voted WORST BOSS in Arizona several times. She slandered her poor husband who is a nice guy. Lise would lock designers in the workshops. Not let employees use the bathroom. Verbal abusive to staff.

Blaming her husband for all the horrible events is bullshit. Lisa is just as toxic and nasty. (Ask ANYone who worked at the FL plant.)

i thought it was gonna be some cancel culture bs but this is an awesome video, very informative, it is crazy to recall how big Lisa Frank was and once we grew it kinda dissappeared, I only remembered this company today because i got an email about a crocs collab.
