But this was not advocating healthy eating. It’s called a restriction diet, where you cut something out to lose weight. These diets are “fad” diets, meaning the hold up no longevity in losing long term weight, neither does it do anything for having a healthy relationship with food. Saffron literally said “I need to clean my insides out” as she is talking about eating “bad” food like chocolate. Chocolate is NOT bad food. It’s the relationship you have and how much you eat. You can eat chocolate in moderation. Your body still needs a certain amount of fat to burn calories for energy. Dieting and exercise is not only bad when it becomes further and becomes an issue, it’s STOPPING it getting to that level you should be focusing on. Which is NEGATIVE relationships with food. You should not be telling a target market age of 12-23 year olds to cut out dairy, sugar or gluten to lose weight. She said this RIGHT after talking about losing body fat ie; trying to use this method to lose weight. Don’t even try me.

It’s because there is no dietary reason to be gluten free unless you have to be because of an intolerance or being celiac you could, it could cause you to become intolerant plus cutting out gluten doesn’t help with weight loss

Saff, don't restrict yourself and eat fully clean. Have a small amount everyday, keeps you sane and stops you from binging after the challenge!! Please just have everything in moderation. To lose the body fat you need to be in calorie deficit and increase activity. Chocolate can be included!! xx

I use the koko yoghurt and I love it as it’s the best substitute to normal yoghurt. They say soya isn’t good for women and girls as it increases the hormones in our bodies and can complicate things. I love the coconut yoghurt and have it with fruit and granola

I think its so good you want to eat healthier i wish i could. The only thing about removing dairy and gluten is that your body gets used to not having it so when if ever you do eat it its harder to digest- giving you symptoms of discomfort :((

Yes salt on porridge is good! Unflavoured natural plain rolled oats. Add it 1/2 way through being cooked in water. Once absorbed add milk. Soo yum!
