Yes salt on porridge is good! Unflavoured natural plain rolled oats. Add it 1/2 way through being cooked in water. Once absorbed add milk. Soo yum!

20 yrs of age but I am very insecure, with the way I look especially my stomach its been like that every since I was 16. American Girl here but... to each its own with dieting. Saffron just be careful jumping from diet to diet. I think it sad that we live in a generation where social media plays a huge part in someones life. Especially young women. P.s. I don't want sympathy at all. I just wanted to express how I feel also.... it is no hate towards Saffron. It is just my opinion

I’m Scottish and yes we do salt our porridge. We salt it while it cooks but some people add sugar once it’s served! It’s really yummy ☺️. Love this vlog btw xx ❤️

saff ilysm and totally not hating but talking about restricting and losing body fat can be rly triggering for people. good luck w/ getting back into fitness and everything but keep in mind that body fat is normal and u do not need to loose it :)) lyl 😘
Saffron hasn’t done a thing wrong she’s talking about losing body fat in a healthy way. We should all eat healthy and exercise in a healthy way anyway. There’s no problem with what she is saying. Dieting and exercising is not a bad thing it’s just when people take it further and make themselves become ill that is becomes a problem. We should definitely be talking about healthy ways to lose weight and become fit so those struggling understand there are other ways. Saffron is right saying what she’s saying.

Aleah Horton yes, we should be talking about healthy ways to lose weight! I absolutely AGREE! I advocate an influencer who talks about fitness and healthy eating. But this was not advocating healthy eating. It’s called a restriction diet, where you cut something out to lose weight. These diets are “fad”
diets, meaning the hold up no longevity in losing long term weight, neither does it do anything for having a healthy relationship with food. Saffron literally said “I need to clean my insides out” as she is talking about eating “bad” food like chocolate. Chocolate is NOT bad food. It’s the relationship you have and how much you eat. You can eat chocolate in moderation. Your body still needs a certain amount of fat to burn calories for energy. Dieting and exercise is not only bad when it becomes further and becomes an issue, it’s STOPPING it getting to that level you should be focusing on. Which is NEGATIVE relationships with food. You should not be telling a target market age of 12-23 year olds to cut out dairy, sugar or gluten to lose weight. She said this RIGHT after talking about losing body fat ie; trying to use this method to lose weight. Don’t even try me.

But it is really worth it, you can see exactly how your home is going to look and you can always make them change what ever you don’t like to make it your perfect home. And that way they won’t get your vision wrong , before they start knocking down walls ☺️🙈 sending you heaps more support and love your way girl ❤️🙏🏼🦋
