Notes for the set: 2 things that weren't used (or used enough): If K Rool recovers low, dair can be used to intercept him. This is because dair is disjointed enough to hit him through the propeller. It's also optimal because its acting for 9 frames, first 3 are the spike. The risk/reward favors you because if you swing early, you can either get a spike or send up and out to reset the situation Woosh oos was used rarely and the K Rool capitalized off of this. There were a lot of situations that could have been avoided if he used Woosh and landed on a platform. This puts the opponent is a disadvantage and unlike many up b oos options, it doesn't leave you open at a low percent
Damn at first I was like "Ew Krool player" but I liked how King Robo was playing, not really cheesy and respecting fundamentals. Feel bad for when he whiffed that down throw punish, its like it completely took him out of the zone, he whiffed a second and missed shield on psyche up oomph fsmash
krool got a bad matchup since hero is hard countered by dodging and parrying, which krool fundamentally is disadvantaged for doing This is a bad matchup not a statement on hero
This commentator made the set a lot of fun to watch. And the players made their characters look really fun to play.
I play Hero and K Rool casually all the time
Thought he would be kinda boring at first but yea he was fun.
Such a wholesome set. Love seeing two players have a great time playing this game. These guys a truly having fun and don’t even care about a tierlist.
And the commentary meade it even more hype
Commentary absolutely top tier, not many people can solo commentary a game and keep the hype. Good job my bro
113->203%, that was disgusting, lol.
Quite a pleasure to watch a match in which the two players visibly had so much fun :)
Both players reaction to KingRoBo being snoozed off the stage was priceless
1:54 Awesome commentary right there
"Luck be a lady... or in this case, luck be a Hero" this deadpan commentary had me laughin my ass off
weird to see people on this stage having fun with the game
"Up Throw into... Imagination. Imagination Studio's"
Cool match hero play is always interesting
THAT CRIT DID 90

K Rool Mains for KingRoBo, carry us!
Up throw into imagination lol
i think he was upthrowing there because it does stupid damage
Up throw into guaranteed 20%

Why do these two players look like movie villains?
That's hype
本当に楽しそうにプレイしていてとても好きです
i love this matchup
This made me consider picking up krool
Belly flooooop - King K. Rool
Krool won as far as I;m concerned
That ending is why i hate fighting hero. Full shield health gets broken
Hero is broken OP
Literally just dodge or parry if you're skilled enough
stop trying to block the hits that have a chance of doing 30% with an uncharged smash attack
Hero is a cheap character to use in my opinion.
facts
krool got a bad matchup since hero is hard countered by dodging and parrying, which krool fundamentally is disadvantaged for doing
This is a bad matchup not a statement on hero
