Hii, just to let anyone know, an easier way of changing the building colours is to export the building layer from digimap separately at the same scale and then overlay it on the original. then you can colour mask any of the ones you want to show up.
I normally make a coloured circle and use the circular selection tool to delete arca out of it. Another way i draw them is using the pen tool, making it a selection and filling it

It's actually quite simple, I just make Then squares. Then I go edit>transform>skew and just play with it till it looks axonometric
