Hey Nick, new viewer here and I really like these videos to improve my workouts, one issue would be that the music during sets is obnoxiously loud, I keep turning the volume down during the sets and turning it up after so I can listen to you speak also I know it's a preference choice, but switching up the music genre would be nice, I consider myself listening to every type of genre, but this one is just obnoxious. EDIT: mainly talking about 1:00
I really do wonder if Nick tried a workout once every two weeks or so, with fast paced reps and more weight. Would it shock his muscle even more. Not saying his methods aren’t the best, but I wonder if fast paced reps on occasion would improve him even more. I think the body adapts to what you do and changing things always helps improvement.
I’ve heard the same, and I lift this way. At 42 I find it is the best way to not get injured for sure. But being enhanced like Nick is it makes me wonder. Yates lifted pretty fast and heavy.
Have a question , if you could work out two body parts in one work out which body parts would you combine. Us normal human beings 😅 can not work out every day , maybe 2 or 3 times a week . What do you recommend..
You could do chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders and obliques, and then legs and abs. If only 3 days, throw in shoulders in the chest and triceps day.

Studies have shown that its mechanical tension directly that causes growth, change the speed of the reps doesnt change that i believe
