    good analysis of the poem.
did not think to dissect it but looking at your breakdown, my take is a little different, generally the same, tho...

    The poem is not silly.

She meant that taking in the poem in a literal sense is silly, thus insinuating that is not how Tupac’s literature is meant to be read. It’s beauty and purpose lies within a figurative sense.

Slang... a better literary term is colloquialism.

I write poetry, and 2pac and Biggie, although best friends, were wizards with words. They made life through their music. They gave hope to hopeless souls around the western world. Forget Eastcoast Westcoast, 2pac and Biggie were best friends in the beginning. Both were high school dropouts, but both are remembered 20 years after their supposed deaths.

We knew what PAC meant. No need to dissect it with personal opinions, unless it’s for yourself.

There is a painting a painter painted of a rose growing from concrete. It's an old painting. Older than Tupac poem.
