if you add rain and wind to the game you should definitely put in a bullet deflection, like a wind deflection factor (only applied to sniper rifles) and if there is more wind more deflection you had. Would be super realistic

You just need to try to animate the rain falling down on the car's windshield,animate the windshield wipers and animate the steering wheel when the car is turning.
