I guess, the Architect of this house is the same as in Havila & Filinvest East. The wall divider, kitchen design and wall cladding at lanai are very similar. Those "triplet" houses are also featured here.🙂👌

The first thing I noticed were the grilled windows, i got worried in a bit pero buti nalang it was explained to be removable or can be opened in case of an emergency.
