Goku is a very good god of desteuction, he did claim to jiren that he is not a hero of justice but he protects is friends, while beerus looks for good food, goku will look for friends, those that dont accept are most likely evil, and desteuction is a good thing

Fun fact: In Battle of the Gods, Beerus was supposed to be a giant green lizard, but the idea was scrapped and they made him into a purple cat.

Beerus and Champa are like Goku and Vegeta - competitors in strength yet brothers of the same race - i like how this story is going - it feels fresh - a story told far away from the DBZ yet still connected to the current DBS.
well on a universal level the events of DBZ would hardly have much relevance.
@@selfishbeats uhh not the frieza arc. Beerus knew he was defeated. He knew it was on Namek also because of his knowledge of the dragon balls and the Namekian people. He just didn’t know Goku was the one that defeated Frieza because the planet was destroyed along with everyone on it.

He’s got a manga he drew himself on Beerus’ backstory (amongst other things, like Goku’s final days dying of old age and his adventures in the afterlife, Vegeta becoming the new GoD after Frieza meddles with one of Bulma’s inventions, Frieza himself making a successor to the empire through his own child, there’s a lot).

How was Frieza born? How did Hitt become an assassin? All this in Dragon Ball Hakai

I like how fleshed out the relationship between Beerus and his brother Champa is here. They aren't just petty rivals they genuinely care about each other.

Goku is gonna be the destroyer for sometime and then he’s gonna give it to somebody so he could go back to his universe
I don't know. He would feel guilty to do that between potentially angering the Zenos and killing his own newly born Supreme Kai by giving up divinity.
He can just ask zenos to go to universal 7

I would absolutely love it if someone was to bring these stories to the creators of dbz and pitch this stuff to them. Man I feel like they would go for it.
I don't think they're allowed to read fan stuff, so they can avoid accidentally copying said fan concepts
Say for example I'm a dragon ball artist/author, and I just finished watching Hyronjutsu's animation and his concept for a super Saiyan god evolution form for Vegeta
Later (let's say a few weeks, since that seems like a reasonable timeframe for manga creation) I mostly forget about the animation except for a vague idea for the manga. I draw out said super Saiyan god evolution form and publish the manga
Someone points out that this is the same form from the animation, gets called out for stealing from fans, and outrage ensues
@@sketchydude8431 I totally understand that but what if the person who designed said version was to approach the creators and said hey I have this awesome Idea for the next level and laid it all out for them? That's of course assuming that the creators decided to speak with the artist. I just really feel that there has got to be some way of getting a meeting with the higher ups to pitch these types of ideas. Like the old saying goes, "where there is a will there is a way" and I cannot believe it would be much of a stretch to get into some sort of communication with them you know. We just need a person on the "inside "
@@sketchydude8431 and I just really feel that if the artist of these would have a high chance of getting through to them. Especially with as in depth as this is. It would make the creation of the mext series much easier on the writers without a doubt. It obviously wouldn't be word for word but I know they would be able to take this and put even more into it.

I love the parallels between beerus and goku, The designs of the gods, How Pikkon and Tapion's races were previously gods, and the characterization here.
