DT 3PLATE SEQUENCING

DT system can be applied to perform 3 plates sequencing:
Levers are fixed into cavity side, lock blocks are fixed into core side while the double taper rod is fixed into the support plate. When mold opening starts core and cavity sides move together hooked by DT system. Runner lock pins hold the runner system breaking the gates, in a second step shoulder screws trail the ejector plate ejecting the runner system. After a defined stroke the levers reach the double taper release rod releasing the DT system: cavity side stops while core side continues to open allowing the ejection of the part.
