Florida, Florida State, and Mississippi brought in 17 transfers last offseason. Miami brought in 15. The two years before that FSU actually brought in less transfers than the Gators and Miami. FSU and Mississippi just got the most out of their transfers, except the ones FSU got this year. The average number of transfers a team gets a year is between 15-18 players. The problem for Florida and Florida State is that they’re not competing financially to get the best High School players. The teams that can’t pay and maintain their players will not be successful on Saturdays. It’s as simple as that!
