Worst ever product purchased so far in my life
They have given 3 years warranty. Expectations is like I never need to use for warranty. But the product starting giving issues in less than 1 year.
I purchased product at Rs 36000
But the service is very very poor.
They takes 3-4 months to come back.
But still after visit the issue is not resolved.
Their own robot damages the charger but no one agrees.
Instead of repairing spares they want charger to be purchased at 7000 Rs.
Then for 2 - 3 months I need to follow up for them when robot is misbehaving. Turning round and round at one place.
They came and issue resolved only for 1 month after that till today, i am following up with them again months passed but no one turn till now.
They always want photo & video of product and don't schedule any visit till now.
I am very fed up with them and my 36000 Rs got wasted.
Don't ever purchase their products.
It gives lot of noice while cleaning.
And cleaning kit is also not of good quality.
I was actually considering buying the T8 pro product. But now I feel I should go for another brand.
Very shameful from such a reputed brand
Worst product service, I have 3 years of Warranty, but no one is ready to come to check

Waste of Money. It won't sweep/mop with multiple rooms. If you have one or two rooms you can buy it and it is ok. It don't have Mapping facility . So it can't search and clean.
Dear Yami Gautam, Dont spoil your image by endorsing these fake chinese prodcuts.
If one want to loose peace of mind, go for ecovacs product. I have given my product for servicing in september, made payment of 15K Rs but its January 2023 now but i have not received my product back. I ahve called them 100 times to send my product back but their after sales service is pathetic. Avoid buying these chinese products!
