no bro, the game is fine as is. you just need to know the frame data, sidestepability, hit properties, stances,. throw break buttons for each of the 100 moves of the 30 characters, then you can finally start to practice playing against them, and once all of this is committed to muscle memory you will easily beat them when you have 4 bar connection provided you have good spacing and fundamentals and execution
