I get the avenue of both sides personally. It also is concerning how often alot of people tend to have sicknesses or illnesses and dont give their bodies proper rest. So from alot of people's perspective the unhealthy streaming dynamic can be worrying for them and they want to push you to rest until you're typically refreshed. On the other side if its unwarranted or unwanted concern there's really nothing you can do but just leave it at that. Tenma is a stronk independent rabid animal and if shes fine then shes fine. Showering her with concern will just be obnoxious. I hope she gets adequate enough rest though that she doesn't tire herself out like some vtubers I enjoy. But also don't wanna get swung at by the grandma.

You don't need to treat them like children and dictate when they need to do things. It's overstepping the bounds of streamer/fan. Being a little sleepy isn't going to kill you. Those that are concerned that she might burn herself out and find streaming unappealing: She might find it unappealing if all the time she has to deal with annoying nagging concerned fans all the time. If she needs to, she can take some time off. She's in charge of her own life, just enjoy her.
It depends on the streamer and their chat environment. You need to take this mindset and apply it loosely based on the streamer. I'd rather fans be concerned than treat streamers as monkeys that dance to their whim. Its just a balance that needs to be found. You're not gonna convince people by approaching everything with hostility.
