I can relate to your illness. I kinda suffer from IBS. Kinda, because when I was young, I had a colonoscopy done and my gastroenterologist simply said, "you don't have an intestinal disease per se, but you do seem to have a delicate intestine, so just avoid foods that make you ill." And that's what I've done for the last 20 years. Don't have to take any meds but I avoid certain foods. Corn is my worst enemy. I've heard that Colitis is the most serious intestinal disease there is, but besides your medication, maybe you should consider dieting like I did, no? Anyway, best of luck and hope your illness doesn't get the best of you.
When I eat whole pizzas on Friday nights, along with some "wine", I'll get 3 to 6 stools the next day. Yours is more Tamara (and mine only when I eat and drink), but yet you are completely normal - you are otherwise super healthy. Just tell yourself that this is just your own digestive system, how you work, and not a bad thing about you. Won't solve the problem, but it can certainly be a step in the right direction....
I've never heard of that chronic illness, thank you so much for sharing your experience in this 😱Really proud of you for spreading awareness and still being so active despite your struggles ♥ You never read my comments but I'll ask it anyway... 😭 how often do you experience it? like feeling like not getting up from bed and stuff? and does it happen completely random? or you get small symptoms and be like "okay it's coming in a few hours" kinda thing? sry if weird questions 😅kinda curious about it 🥵
Well, I get lethargic quite often, on a weekly basis I'd say. It's not too random, it usually happens following excessive physical activity - excessive for me anyway. No, I don't really get warning symptoms, I just know it's a shit day when I wake up
Thank you for sharing, I find it very courageous and totally agree with the mindset in the end! 🫶 Reminds me of some work om the philosophy of Stoicism ive been studying lately It is very beautiful to see you have a great time! You are lovely and streams are super fun 🎉🫶
Careful study of essential fatty acid signalling pathways and also dietary lectins has helped me with my autoimmune disease.

I think mentality plays a big role in this. I have Crohn's and I notice that most of the time I feel bad things start to hurt 😂.
