I grew up in Sydney Australia when they were transitioning from 50 litre metal bins that were manually emptied into the truck by a team of athletic heroes, to wheelie bins that were lifted into the truck on a hydraulic arm. Back then, before they were known as wheelie bins, everyone called them Otto bins! Now I know why.
Wow, they take so much care in making those bins. And then they get here, Australia, and people just hit them with their car while leaving their driveway. And then you can't use it to test your outboard motor in because it has a big crack in the side and the water leaks out faster than your garden hose can fill it.
I'm in Sydney Australia and we have 3 different types of wheelie bins 1 for general household waste which has a red lid 1 for plastics which has a yellow lid and 1 for green waste like from gardening which yes has a green lid
Why do they have robots putting two screws in the wheels, and then a human put the other two?? The robots in this factory don't seem to add much speed to the process.
The robot does 1 screw. Making me think the placing of the wheels is the main job of the robot and adding one screw just makes the wheel not fall off. Because they are swivel wheels, this could make full robot instillation difficult.
Seems strange for no talking. And I was in the hospital with a ROK soldier. LARGE lad and scared in a foreign place, 24th Evac in Saigon. No other Koreans. We made him happy though. Curled his mustache! Thanks!
That plastic bead pouring sound really was pretty satisfying. As was watching them go down the hopper. But when he put the lid on and a few more beads fell on top... that hurt my feelings. 😄

"Belly button". LOL, excellent commentary!

Great job, as always. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Belly button 😁👍
I also love that sounds, and could watch forever
Repeat the video twice;)
Wheelie great video, sorry couldn't resist 😅
Another great video, and very creative subtitles. Thank you for making these informative films.
저기에 쓰이는 플라스틱은 재활용 플라스틱이면 정말 환경에 도움이 많이 될거 같은데... 어떤 플라스틱 인가요??
Always something interesting, thanks!
This place looks OK! 😉
I like this video:)
Thanks for watching!
"Belly button", I love it!!
I love that you call them wheelie bins! It sounds so fun. Where I'm from in the States, we call them roll carts.
Because they are called wheelie bins. Yanks have to be different as usual.
I'm in Sydney Australia and we have 3 different types of wheelie bins 1 for general household waste which has a red lid 1 for plastics which has a yellow lid and 1 for green waste like from gardening which yes has a green lid
Four bins, the blue lidded one for cardboard and paper
초록색을 쓰는 이유는 재활용플라스틱이기 때문일겁니다.인터넷에서 플라스틱 박스 사는데 노란색하고 초록색은 두배나 가격차이가 나네요.
I would try to automate everything.
Kumho - I knew it rang a bell - Kumho tires here in Europe.
Why do they have robots putting two screws in the wheels, and then a human put the other two?? The robots in this factory don't seem to add much speed to the process.
Maybe to save the human the work of having to lift and line up the wheels? I thought the same thing, "Didn't the robot just do this?"
The robot does 1 screw. Making me think the placing of the wheels is the main job of the robot and adding one screw just makes the wheel not fall off.
Because they are swivel wheels, this could make full robot instillation difficult.
I think the worker does also some kind of QA
You're right, robot putting screws is a bullshit.
Its Korea after all... Maybe it's because they just like robots.

I'm talking about no people working there. Idle yakking is a no no to me too.@@pixieflitwit1516
7:11 I don't think you can fit a family in that, not even if it is a small family.

Wow.. Mesin penyuntik acuan.. Saya pernah kendalikan mesin ini.. Tapi kecik sedikit khas untuk buat pelekat model kenderaan.. JSW nama mesin itu
로봇이 춤쳐요
👏👏👏
❤ 👌OK
Well, seems that there are Gastarbeiters in S. Korea. No wonder cause they are small size families. I mean small numbers ;)))
6:08 NO PHOTOGRAPHY
