      NeBoFoRiOn only ran the stock tires for maybe 20 miles. I have three different sets of tires and wheels depending on what type of riding we are headed out to do.

    I use a high a Snap-On high impact wrench to break the bolt loose. It will break a nut loos at up to 200 ft-lb. I use a socket and 1/4 extension to push in the pin to release the shaft, gets a better hold and does not slip off pushing it in. For me faster over using a screw driver. Also, why does the replacement axle not come with a spindle nut? The Super ATV ones I replace with do, so OEM does not?

    pull pin and hub cap. put wheel tire back on. put breaker on it and use vehicle to break it free. 1000cc breaker bar!

    Thinking about getting a Sport Limited. How are you liking your Sport and have you ran across any major issues besides the axle? I know the Trails had some problems like the engine mounts that can potentially lead to a fire, the oil lines etc. Would like to hear from owners so I know exactly what to watch out for. Oh yeah I ran across a couple guys that had they suspension bolts loosen up and widen the mounting tab holes. I kinda blame the owners on this one because your supposed to check all of the nuts and bolts regularly. Thanks

      +30spooln I have not had any problems that were not self induced other than a melted firewall and my front shock springs rubbing the shock body. The Sport has been a very good machine.

      We're you engine mounts bad? That's kinda what I've found when the firewall starts melting, the mounts are broken.

    • @marcoradat
      @marcoradat  9 років тому

      +30spooln I had broken mounts on my Trail and no firewall issues. The Sport has never had motor mount issues. The firewall thing is not necessarily form the motor mounts. Mine melted when I added a passenger on a dune trip and just caused more load on the machine thus causing more heat. I pulled the header and had it ceramic coated and added another layer of heat tape to the firewall and have never had another issue.

    Do you know what the size the axle nut is …29 or 30 mm ? Thanks

      @marcoradat  2 роки тому

      Off the top of my head, 30mm sounds more correct that 29mm.

    Hi so quick question and it might be a dumb one but I have a 2015 Wildcat 4 seater and my back passenger tire is tilted if you're looking at them they kind of look like this | / only not that exaggerated. Anyway would you have any input into what may be causing this or what I should look at replacing? Any help is greatly aprreciated

    3:52, my friends Wildcat doesn't appear to push in. Are all axles for the wildcat made the same or does he have something else going on? Ive tried helping him remove his but no luck so far.

    • @marcoradat
      @marcoradat  3 роки тому

      If it's an OEM axle it operates the same. An aftermarket likely will just pull out.

    • @joea.6017
      @joea.6017 3 роки тому

      @@marcoradat When you say operates the same. Explain, please? I am unfamiliar with these wildcats. I've always swapped out RZR axles. They seem to come out much easier! He has tried an axle, wedging something between the cup and the diff. I feel like he has beat the time out of this axle. Of course, its broke and the only left in the diff, is the 3" round cup I would call it.

      @@joea.6017 I have a video showing how to remove just the cup from the diff. I'll see if I can find it.
