Man Renegade really should be taking care of you. I'm half out of this game and didn't preorder this cause I have around $100 in unfulfilled preorders for a game I'm not sure I want to continue supporting. Your video changed my mind and got me in on this expansion. Great video, thank you.
Thanks for the video. I loved that you added the sleeves sizes! I'm shocked that Razorclaw is a promo and there are no other Predacons. Feels like a sneak peek at an expansion in the future. Patiently waiting for a playable Hot Rod character.
Hello fellow Renegade grouper. Gotta say love these! As someone who entered the franchise through Beast Wars and have little knowledge G1 or of the comics the little factoids you throw in are awesome. I really hope when the Decepticon box comes out next month we can look forward to another one of these!
Huh, the rule book uses Grimlock in his IDW design, but Shockwave in his Siege spaceship alt-mode... I guess Shockwave is staying a spaceship for good... Lol, the Ammonites!? They were on a pissing match with Whirl and Skids in the comic. Ammonites are all triple changers, omni-combiners, and have some members of their race with 10 modes. They are also all human-sized till they combine, which made for a great joke: they were already combined when the conversation started. And they have been losing their war against the Terradores for 16 million years.... till Whirl kills the Terradores leader. Skids: "We later found the Ammonites are actually the bad guys in their war..." I wanna see you guys playing Autobots vs Decepticons now!!!

My son absolutely loves it. We watch the movie all the time and play the game about once a week. We are currently in the middle of season 3 of the OG show
@@WrecknRule I like it too but did they really have to make it so confusing? I mean when confronting an adversary you lose any cards played prior to that I get that but how do you resolve assists in a co-op game with 2 players. Can they just keep playing assists face-down after one resolves?
I gotta ask- when and how did you get this? I pre-ordered it, but it's not coming out until Q4 this year. I do already have the Decepticon expansion Rising Darkness, and it's AMAZING, but it's missing Shockwave. Absolutely STOKED to see him included here. Still waiting on playable versions of Blaster, Jetfire, Bombshell, Kickback, Tracks, Blitzwing, Hot Rod, Sideswipe, and all the rest of the Devastator Combiners that AREN'T Scrapper (he's a playable character in the Decepticon expansion). I'd also like to see Soundwave re-done as a level 3 boss, as well as Shockwave as a level 2 boss. Sadly I think that's just wishful thinking. But we have Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker all as level 2, and we only have Soundwave as level 1, which seems silly to me. And we keep getting more obscure level 3 Decepticon bosses. I suppose I could just use him as a level 3 boss and increase his cost to defeat. Still though.
Apologies for the lateness of my reply! They had limited copies of this and Infiltration Protocol at GenCon for early sale. I was able to get a buddy to pick them up for me. To be honest, I think Renegade was also surprised the Dinobot set was there, as they weren't promoting it as a pick-up preorder for GenCon attendees.
Thanks for the tip on the 4x6 Devastator sleeve. An alternate sleeve for the standard 3x4 character cards if you don't mind side-loading is a CDC vaccination card protective holder, available from many sellers in different weights to suit tastes.

Yeah, at the moment, I can really only film once the baby goes to bed, so my lighting situation is a bit limited.
