For me, it's all about "All new, All different" when it comes to "X-men". That's when the book took off. It was not successful at all prior to that and they had been putting out reprints before the relaunch. Best relaunch in comics history if you ask me. When I think "X-men", the version that always comes to my mind is the Claremont era, when they ruled the team book category. So many fond memories of that era.
Nice uncanny x-men run. Agree with you 100% 80's, 90's x-men. Great story's, great characters and great art too.That is what got me started in buying comics
That's why people hold such high standard to X-Men at one time it was so well done it's not even close to what it once was.
@@ComicBookCorner2.0No doubt. There was a time when "Uncanny" was the premier team book at Marvel. Today's offering doesn't even come close on any level and the characters are barely recognizable. Keep hoping we'll get our heroic mutants back one day, and they'll actually *act* like heroes again...

Great video as always, sweet run of uncanny X-Men. The Classic X-Men issue #8 with X-Men vs X-Men was one of the first comics I had on my wall as a kid.
Those books are classic I never realized when I was a kid that those where reprints.

Only have the xmen full run from 1-207 than it became legacy 208-275 what a great xmen run.wish I could say the same for today but it's not even good anymore
The only thing I'm reading right now currently from X-Men is just the main title.

Always makes me kick myself for getting rid of all my books when I was younger. Me and a million other people lol

Just to clarify, we're only talking from 143 up to mid 300s. Only going after what i had as a kid for now. I'm sure it'll expand!
any staple can be replaced on books up to fine , but only vintage staples can be used on books from very fine to near mint. Mint books must have original staples.
Okay then I guess I'm okay I can't see this book being more than a 1.0

Them all look great. I been looking at the X-23 you had there by the box.
I found my 1991-2001 X-men
1981-2011 Uncanny X-men . But i started around #283 and stop at #391
1996 Elektra and Cage
1993 Cable
They all have books missing. Maybe one day I will try and get the missing ones.
I'm still working on my Batman and Detective Comics. Also Azrael , Legends of the dark Knight.
It is bad when you stop for so long. Then try finding all the missing ones.
It's hard to find older issues of X-Men these days I picked up before MCU got a hold of fox again.
DUDE i have books in subscription boards to and i keep them in them to kind of signify how i got them some of them were gifts from aunts etc so i wanted to remember that
That's pretty cool you keep them in those bags and boards also.
Uncanny 201 is a minor key, Nate Summers first appearance as a baby.
Only need 17 more issues to conplete my Uncanny run Vols. 1-5.
