Thanks man. Used your video, among others to completely replace the stock stereo and speakers (Nissan Almera N16, same thing). All went well, taking extra care with the rather flimsy panels. Now I've got a nice stereo in a crappy car :) Really need to be careful with those panels. I found the driver side was rather banged up and damaged, when the window got smashed and then replaced by a 'professional'. So yeah, take your time and be careful!
hi dear, can u connfirm the size of the door speakrs, is it 6.5 or 5inch. also what did u do for the back rack speakers, are the replaceable with the 6x9 inch cheap speakrs easily

naviddivan yeah it worked for me. I got some foam speaker cups for the rear ones. My front door rattles a little tho I’m not sure if it’s because I need a foam cup for the front or if I just installed it wrong
Felix Bonilla Yes, that is correct. But, there are a few things you should know. You cannot put in new speakers without speaker adapter plates. If you go and take out the old speakers, you will find that no 6.5" speaker will fit the three holes. They make ABF plastic adapters for these speakers, so you can just drill a hole and insert a screw and your good. If you watch my channel, I'm redoing my 2001 Nissan Sentra's sound system, gonna be badass. I will be replacing the door speakers with the adapter plates, so i will show how to do it properly.
Brony Bassheads Can you change the rear speakers instead because I got the gist of how to change the door panels. The next thing I need to work on is the rear speakers which in all isn't hard to do fullfill just need a tutorial on how to get there.
Yes you can, I'm going to be replacing them soon, I'll have video and everything of me redoing it all. The rear are a bit more challenging though, be warned. There are more pop pins to take out of the back plates. There is old insulation that makes a mess. Stay tuned to my channel, I'll have a video soon.
elchucofried What mountings? There's no cut required, unless you want to replace the speaker grills. You need special speaker brackets (Connects2 CT25NS01) to fit after market speakers (I got Focal 165AC, but didn't installed the grills).
3dbrother You'll need to re-wire to the speaker, as they use proprietary connectors, and not the standard audio connectors. No big deal really. Bit of soldering, crimping, heat-shrinking.
