Nen means year from Chinese origin but also Nen is a copula, use it for ending a sentence in Japanese dialect.it’s Osaka, kansai area where a lot of comedians come from, so saying nen sounds already funny and sounds like a joke instead of desu, masu which is a formal way to end a sentence. English equivalent is this is, there are, here are, Aho nen is « stupid is » meaning it’s/that’s stupid. Aho kasu is stupid scumbag. Ashikainen means my leg, feet, toe is itchy in Osaka. paa ya nen, paa means per, from golf, meaning it goes back to zero, meaning ruined or destroyed and start from zero but we say it for someone’s head, brain, sometimes for insult. Just means empty head.

Some Japanese names are also funny to Finns. Like Japanese woman's name Kana which means "chicken" in Finnish. Also Sora means "gravel", Kai means "maybe/perhaps" and Sato means "harvest" in Finnish.

Mika is a woman's name in Japanese, but man's name in Finnish. Just like Mika Häkkinen. Then we both have Airi which is a woman's name. Also Finns have name Ano (male name) which in Spanish means anus. Names are so funny :D Finnish and Estonian have also fun names that mean completely different things even though we are neighboring countries like English - Estonian - Finnish
Book, raamat, kirja (raamat sounds Raamattu [bible] in Finnish)
House, maja, talo (maja means a cottage of sorts in Finnish)
Computer, arvuti, tietokone (arvuti ~ arvuuttaa, arvuutella [to guess])
Silence, vaikus, hiljaisuus (vaikus ~ vaikkus [your earwax])
Court of law, kohtu ~ kohtu means uterus in Finnish]
etc etc
