There was another way you could have gotten out. Pistons drop themselves when broken, with or without a tool. You could have salvaged two pistons then used them to create stairs going up and out through the room with the open ceiling. Break a piston, place the stairs over the pit, go down and salvage two pistons, and then you've got your golden ticket.

For a better argument: the ender dragon has the equivalent of resistence 3, which takes away 60% of damage, which gives it pretty much 320 hp, has armour piercing fireballs, deals 15 damage per hit, can fling you into the air, can break most blocks(except a few like bedrock, obsidian, etc.), can go through any block, and has ender crystals that heal, with a Army of enderman, which make it very annoying when you're trying to snipe the dragon, on top of this, the ender dragon is immune to all negative potion effects. Meanwhile, the wither has 300 hp, deals 8 damage per skull, can shoot 3 skulls at a time, is immune to arrows at half health, can break any survival mode obtainable block, can fly, and inflicts the level 2 wither effect, which pierces armor. The weaknesses of these two bosses are that the ender dragons crystals can be destroyed, and occasionally perches, where you have the opportunity to deal massive damage with beds, and even just weapons. The withers weakness is the fact that you can spawn it underground, where you can hit it from a little hole where you can back up without the wither being able to hit you(I recommend smite for the wither). However, in bedrock edition, the wither is the clear winner, as it has 600 hp, and can break blocks without being hit, and the enderdragon doesn't have resistence to potion effects, and the effective damage reduction.

depending on what's considered strong, the charged creeper could be considered the strongest mob in the game, being the only mob to one shot a full prot 4 netherite armor player

Recomendation for next video: Can you escape iron golem prison? Speed running the hardest block on Minecraft trying to find woodland mansion, village, desert temple, snow village, desert village in 1 seed escaping a bedrock cage made by a fan
This isn't possible to escape. When you enter the overworld portal in the end, you get set back to where ever your last spawnpoint was. Since the crafting table was the spawnpoint, he would've been trapped in an endless loop.
not sure but placing an item frame under the sand where you jumped over a lava pool should hold the sand without going down and u can easily jump without needing a clutch moment :D (Not sure if you can hold falling blocks via placing item frames under it)
7:11 I think you can also place the stair (one block lower) upside down, then place the mine cart and rail on it, jump in it and go forward I believe that works aswell
For the Lava Pit at 3:00 - 4:00 you could’ve used the item frame to hold the sand up and just parkour over. You didn’t need to train a sand mlg jump thing like that.
