So the K Series doesn’t have a fuel return it doesn’t need 1 however I see other people’s Turbo conversation’s on the K20 have added a return and some have left them without out but In turn fitted the FPR from kit, so my question is at what point do you need a return, my build is almost complete but I’m uncertain as to whether or not I really need to install a return set up? I’d appreciate the feedback.
I've heard that you can run a non return with say 1000cc injectors for anything up to 450whp but for anything more or safer fuel delivery I'd add a fuel return and an aftermarket fpr to achieve more hp
JDMods yeah I’ve been looking into it a lot,and actually bought and fitted a set of 1000cc injectors with a 345 pump to avoid the possibility of the return line, I kinda thought the oversized injectors and larger pump would compensate for the non return system but really couldn’t find the info I require. I’ll happily settle for 300-350hp 😎👍🏻
Question: I know you don’t own a rsx anymore...but when you installed the ktune power steering line... What happens to the ps sensor? Leave it unplugged? That was okay? Thank you.

JDMods Ok, that isn't too bad. The emusa would have probably worked fine for me, but I keep reading more bad than good reviews. I figured i'd just bite the bullet and go with the precision. Thanks for the reply though.
It's probably possible. If you piece together a kit yourself you may be able to do it for cheaper. Also limiting the expensive parts (apexi instead of kpro maybe, minimal gauges, diy power steering fix...). But I like to keep it as a still reliable daily :)

Walt Heisnberg we picked up an ecu master emu standalone for it and when it's off the road for the winter it's getting a bigger turbo, injectors...etc.

I'm considering a cheapie emusa wastegate for my car. How is yours holding up? It is the last thing to finish my car.
Wannabe180sx it's held up great except the fire ring needed replacement within a few months so I machined one myself.

I had an eBay gasket too and it gave me the worst leak ever -_- anyways, sick build. Turn it on and rev it up to 8k! 🤗
