In NA she's practically the easiest Singularity Grand Battle of the entire game. Even Jalter from Orleans had some nasty bite if you didn't grind Servants early on. Between Protection of Kur, and the high hit-count of her normal attacks allowing multiple Noble Phantasms. So long as you have a defensive type NP (like Mash) on your side, it's really easy since you quickly build up a large stack of Def buffs, with Merlin's assistance providing free heals every turn. Or you can really cheese it and bring Jalter, her buff block makes it impossible for Tiamat to get any headway as she can't get her 100% buff or her condition on attack skills off, plus she pretty much NP's every turn with her ridiculous NP gain.
Love the music just was just fiting for Tiamat as the mother of monsters had a haunting beauty... Or so have I been told ^^' but great video non the less

Actually all Servants can easy solo Tiamat if you use CE Maid in Halloween (Bonus 75% Heal. Merlin's Flowers +4000HP/turn + 75% = 7000HP). And Nightingale NP and skill 1 bonus heal with this CE -> She can solo Tiamat easily
One that's a pretty rare CE because it's a very old event and you could not get 5 copies from the shop. And actually a lot of servants still can't solo Tiamat because the longer the fight goes the more dots she will put on you. The reason Hans can do it is because he can heal from his NP which also gets the CE bonus. And being low level does not matter to much because the HP boost is a set number not a % Most servants without a self heal can't solo Tiamat.

Mash + Free Santa lancer with a long name + a friend Jean D’Arc and you have an NP spamming stall team that anyone can use. Just be sure to use your NP on Tiamats NP turn (Use you NPs in that order for max heals).

How are you generally using her? For example front line or back line. (I'm assuming you are on NA for now but if you are on JP I'll have way more recommendations) Like all units things change a lot depend on your other units and options. A few things to note about Medusa tho. She (like most Riders) has very high star absorb. So she can crit quite easily. It can be good to combo her with a unit like Hans or any star generator. I also recommend maxing her Mystic Eyes as quickly as you can. Getting rid of the RNG makes her a MUCh better unit. Her stun can be used in a lot of situations and it ultra helpful. As for CEs if you are using her to AoE clear for farming or some such anything with high starting NP is good, like Dragon's Meridian. If you are going with a crit setup you can use a crit DMG+ CE There is also The Verdant Black Keys. These are all budget options as I don't know what 4/5 star CEs you have. If you happen to have Imaginary Around that's a damn good one. Long story short level up her stun and profit! random tip if you use her stun on a target that's NOT about to NP they will skip their turn but they will start get a charge for their NP. If you stun a target on the turn they are going to NP it will skip their turn and they won't get a NP charge (because it's already maxed) thus buying you an extra turn before they NP That can be super helpful later in the game. 1 turn can put 2 enemies NPs in sync with each other so you can block both of them with Jeanne's NP for example. or just buy you enough time to get a key skill off cooldown like David's 2nd skill.

Anything that gives Guts because she lacks evasion, maybe dmg reduction if you're desperate. If you really need her to generate her own stars then Be Elegant or Moonlight Fest would be your best bets.
i usually use her +hans+support as frontline, but that may change depending on what im facing, she never leaves my team tho (got to get them bond points), as for 5* ce's i have a few, but none that would benefit her much, i have been running heavens feel but was thinking on putting it on carmilla instead, i also have moonlight fest if thats good enough, as for 4* i have imaginary element, with one strike and grandr that might be useful, if you think that there are good ce's for her coming out in the future i can also keep an eye out for those

A little late but I think it's just storywise merlin because of the -4000 hp each turn from the enemy, he isn't using him in battle and I think everybody playing this stage gets the 4k hp heal each turn

He stayed at np3 all the way till camelot. By then I also rolled nitocis, merlin, nightingale and nero but still appreciated him in my lineup

imaginary element is the way to go if you need a quick NP. Gandr is really good general use CE for her.
