Yes it is permanent, and you activate it by going into the in game shop, and going to the “delusions” tab, then you click the one you bought and click activate.
@@yarriixxbreathebecause they give the ills time as well to kill and each 2 seconds in real life is 1 second in game. Also btw if u want to survive longer just hide in the playground somewhere and when your turning the night u go back to dorms.

@@n.trrs_ after you activated it you just play the game normally until you get 6 visions! :)
