Thank you for the questions! These are all very interesting and would help a lot of people who want to become nurses. I hope these help! 1. Starting a shift doesn’t have a set time, or date! They can shift whenever they have their free time. 2. Ending a shift doesn’t really have a set time either. However, a full shift is considered 15 minutes or more! It’s good to know this as trainees cannot make inactivity notes, so at least 15 minutes when you can is good! 3. The green and red claims mean if I can use them on the schedule depending on a nurse’s rank. For example, Trainees and aides cannot claim and host Village trips, because only Helper+ can! For aide and lower, that claim will be marked as red. As for picking claims, a nurse must discuss it first with her fellow sisters using the HNC. If agreed on, the host may enlighten the activity! 4. Preferably, I’d say so. As they do not want any super late enlightenments! Some nurses just copy and paste them but that’s not allowed!
In the past week of becoming a Torium Trainee, I have been disrespected by Torium Aides and Helpers mostly. They've been on my back and has spotted out a minor incorrections about anything and then ping me about it. Whenever I want to get confirmation by 🥈 or 🥇they'll go off at me for a slight inconvenience or wanting to get confirmation. It's the entitlement and demanding of whoever is in their ward that's below their rank!
Oh, so sorry you had to go through this. Though I'm not quite sure if that is true, because different people have different opinions. Basically, you could think the "pings" are passive-agressive or something like that (idk what you thought about it, and you made a conclusion that nurses are bad. But I'm pretty sure most of them tried truly help you without any bullying and such stuff. I am myself Helper right now, and I did go through Trainee phase as well (ngl sometimes I miss it because I got promoted to Aide kinda fast). In past I was working for another group. At that time I was spending nights at shifting and etc, with almost no sleep. I felt like higher ranks always tried to bully or harrass me. But I was wrong, since most of these people turned out to become my friends. And they are my friends even after I resigned. (But HRs in this anonymous group is terrible and toxic). Now I am in DPI, and I feel much better to understand that person can misunderstand other people. It's better to ask 'What do you mean?' and that's it.
@@conscience1417 Coming from an ex carer few years back + returned few months ago and resigned again, you are wrong. Most of the Helpers+ are only reminding staff because they want to be praised and considered for the promotion. You could check the professional staff channels everyday and you'd find TONS of reminders that were absolutely uncalled for and nobody gave a damn about them. You will start getting most of the friends the higher rank you become.
well obviously from what I’ve seen you’ve been aggressive to other staff such as axtra because of then reminding you to not randomly go to an island to “see if your enlightments go through” you’ve also been quite stubborn when others tell you something and then you respond with “I’ve been told something else”

Hi!I know how you can go back to work, I was also fired like that, only I was framed with a voice replacement and did what I'm like a child. You need to take 2 accounts and do a prestigious patch to become a nurse and do it if you become a nurse, you will be polite and do not give up, I will help you and if someone tells you that If it's bad, I'll help you with it. Don't worry, my bunny!
Even though you are leaving, would you say becoming a nurse is overall worth it? I want to at least give it a shot and see for myself when the next prestige event comes around, but I've heard insane horror stories about this place. I'm unsure if I want to go through the trouble if it's not all its' chalked up to be.

Yes, grammar and puntucation is mandatory at all times including when speaking with patients. Anywhere the patients' eyes can see you must be speaking professionally! When speaking to other nurses, you need to use grammar as well except for #sauna-room in the discord server. The "x" is used at the end of sentences so what they're saying doesn't come out as rude or bad-mannered. It also means kiss! (like xoxo)

@@absentforever5899 Honestly, I think it was worth it for me. Obviously I ended up resigning, but for the most part it was a great experience for me. It's really up to you! If you are inactive for 5+ days you are at risk of demotion. If that were to happen however, you can appeal it in the "appeal server" I forgot what it was called.
