I am Yemeni and I love all the Jews of Yemen because they did not give up their identity and our family was a Jewish family in the past before the conversion of Islam
It is a shame so many forget this connection. Jews lived in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Oman for almost 2,000 years! Many of the Jewish tribes in Arabia converted to Islam in the 7th century, and its why Arabs and Jews, even many of the European Jews, are so genetically/ethnically related. It would be scientifically accurate to say Arabs and Jews are genetic siblings
The opening lyrics of the song: "Im ninalu daltei nedivim, daltei marom lo ninalu" Means "if the doors of the wealthy are locked, the doors of heaven will never be locked"

"The Path Guided by Dafa [Great Law]
Though you and I don’t know each other
We both live on the same celestial body
Our backgrounds differ
Yet with common values of human life
Humankind has reached the final moment in history
Lives are all waiting for the Creator to come to the world
Because of this, I tell you the truth
Do not be dogmatic by following modern notions and conduct
Gods have been choosing lives all along
Amid kindness and evil, you decide for yourself
The path guided by Dafa has no doomsday
January 2, 2015
***
Why Did You Come Here
All are waiting for the Creator’s salvation at the end times
Before demise comes, the Fa principles that save people are spreading
Yet people chase after fame and gain
What’s acquired in a lifetime’s effort cannot be carried away with you
Coming and going-you alone
In a busy life you’ve forgotten why you came here
Before descending, most of you were Kings in your heavenly kingdoms
Giving up your divine bodies to save the heavenly beings
Gain in the human world is not important
Connect your divine destiny, remake yourself
Seek the truth, break free from delusion
Fulfill the wish you came with to the world-that’s your great joy

A real loss for all of us!!! I’m certain that you have found the entrance of the hidden garden where you may now rest in peace forever, enjoying bodily comfort and spiritual bliss. Your songs will continue to bring us happiness and joy. Thank you, dear Ofra!!
Always loved this song, never heard this version though... A very great voice was lost back then. ..
Amazing
The first time I heard Ms. Haza’s ephemeral voice was in high school and I have been hooked ever since. She truly was a master of her craft!
en los 80's me fascinó Ofra Haza con esta canción y otras más de ella hoy por hoy me sigue gustando como el primer día, siempre en algun momento tengo su recuerdo... para mi nunca se marchó.
Im not even from this planet and when I first herd this song and her voice it made me cry, Her beauty is like her voice, golden and near perfect...
الله يرحمك ياعفرا ء الف تحيه لروحك الطيبه من اليمن
ofra haza we miss you 😭
Best version of this song...so natural...perfect...
Wonderful Ofra!

Ja, 2000. Sie war so beliebt, dass die Menschen auf der Straße um sie weinten.
I grew up with this song and I still love it today. I only know it a a Pop music version, thou. This is very beautyful, yet totaly new to me.
I just got chills what a beautiful voice
Arab jews are so damn gifted! Love this version than the other one she did. Balqees reminds me a lot of Ofra
Yes, this version is much better then the other one, I agree
WHAT A WONDERFUL SONG, VERY IMPRESSING AND HEART TOUCHING, I REPEATEDLY LISTEN, AGAIN AND AGAIN, CAN'T STOP MY SELF, THIS IS THE FRIST JEWS SONG O EVER HEARD, VERY WONDERFUL, MAY GOD BLESS ALL GROUP, LOVE FROM PAKISTAN
this woman unified 2 nations, the Jewish & the Arabs
Saad Saud Seeing as how she is of Arab origins and the song is Yemeni, I fail to see how she has united all Jews with the Arabs.
יובל שובל I’m not really sure what the point is of your comment?
@@lahalhalha She united them with her songs and music. She was a Jewish-Israeli girl who sang in Arabic and appealed to a Muslim audience.
@@lahalhalha because she was Jewish and this song is sang in old Hebrew.
one of the most impressing songs :-)
Sou do Brasil admiro Ofra Haza 🇧🇷💟
If there be no mercy left in the world,
The doors of heaven will never be barred.
The Creator reigns supreme,
and is higher than the angels
All, in His spirit, will rise By His nearness,
His life-giving breath
flows through them. And they glory in His name
From the moment of genesis,
His creations grow,
Captivating and more beautiful.
Great song and performance
What an experience to hear Ofra Haza in so young years :-) .... This is the original version of the famous song "Im Nin'Alu"??? Great and touching! And fitting to the 70's :-D
