Then I find other song of Ofra in UA-cam and face the fact that this new song is better than the last one I heard before, that this is a masterpiece and it happens again and again. Till the end of my life I will be admiring her and amazed by how talented a human being can be, how at the same time beautiful, talented, intelligent and goddess a woman can be. Unbelievable... But she is !!!

"The Path Guided by Dafa [Great Law]
Though you and I don’t know each other
We both live on the same celestial body
Our backgrounds differ
Yet with common values of human life
Humankind has reached the final moment in history
Lives are all waiting for the Creator to come to the world
Because of this, I tell you the truth
Do not be dogmatic by following modern notions and conduct
Gods have been choosing lives all along
Amid kindness and evil, you decide for yourself
The path guided by Dafa has no doomsday
January 2, 2015
***
Why Did You Come Here
All are waiting for the Creator’s salvation at the end times
Before demise comes, the Fa principles that save people are spreading
Yet people chase after fame and gain
What’s acquired in a lifetime’s effort cannot be carried away with you
Coming and going-you alone
In a busy life you’ve forgotten why you came here
Before descending, most of you were Kings in your heavenly kingdoms
Giving up your divine bodies to save the heavenly beings
Gain in the human world is not important
Connect your divine destiny, remake yourself
Seek the truth, break free from delusion
Fulfill the wish you came with to the world-that’s your great joy

The first time I heard Ms. Haza’s ephemeral voice was in high school and I have been hooked ever since. She truly was a master of her craft!
Damn she was beautiful.
Always makes me sad to see footage of her.
...Too young.
Me too
I just got chills what a beautiful voice
Always loved this song, never heard this version though... A very great voice was lost back then. ..
I love her songs ! Proud of her , I'm Yemeni tho :)
Same here :)
She signs with so much happiness!
SO gorgeous
I first heard the dance version of this song in the 80's and used to love it. But this version and so much more beautiful and touching. I am glad I discovered it a couple of years ago. Now I hear it frequently. It's got such a good vibe...

If you hear the album version (1984) here on UA-cam, I think it's the nicest version of all.
We love you and miss you Ofra
As an Arabic speaker I love the sound of other Semitic languages
Can you understand any of what she's saying?
@@Procopius464not really but I bet a Levantine Arabic speaker could understand a bit more
@@Az-pe8jj I guess it's like the difference between English and Dutch.
Thumbs up from Alaska. She was a gift.
Every time I hear a new song that Ofra sang I think its a masterpiece and there can not be better.
Diese Version kannte ich nicht. Wunderschön.
Ofra Haza war eine sehr schöne Frau. ...☼...

Great song and performance
כל החן שבעולם.
Damn I love her so much
Wonderful Song!!
this woman unified 2 nations, the Jewish & the Arabs
Saad Saud Seeing as how she is of Arab origins and the song is Yemeni, I fail to see how she has united all Jews with the Arabs.
יובל שובל I’m not really sure what the point is of your comment?
@@lahalhalha She united them with her songs and music. She was a Jewish-Israeli girl who sang in Arabic and appealed to a Muslim audience.
@@lahalhalha because she was Jewish and this song is sang in old Hebrew.
Gorgeous, thank you so much for posting this version. It's such a blessing to hear the purity of her voice and the conviction behind the lyrics....god bless Ofra Haza...
ofra haza we miss you 😭
yes, the Gates of Heaven R open crying with love for her. Blessings from Samarqand.
I'm Indian, I listen to all the music in the world and I heard from Ofra since the movie The Prince Of Egypt. I like her voice very much. She was very talented and it's so sad she isn't by us anymore but she and her voice will ! R.I.P.
Best version ever!
