- In this sims 4 build challenge, I'm building a house shaped like a flower! We'll start out building our flower shell, and then we'll furnish the interior in a floral plant theme! I hope you enjoy this spring inspired, flower build in the sims 4 :) OPEN FOR LINKS!

What I really like about Syd is that she goes all out on whimsical and dreamy stuff. I often find myself holding back trying to make my buildings feel realistic and forget it's a game with mermaids, vampires, plant sims and above all... a game. Syd reminds me that building can just be fun, flower shaped house, sure, pool for mermaid inside of an apartment, fuck yeah, goth birdcage home, things that are hyper matched or completely mismatched, inspiration from everything, sim traits, seasons and the worst items, and this one house will have every damn staircase. It's so creative and fun and it still ends up looking so good. Syd, you're an inspiration.

A cool idea: Building a nursing home for 8 elder sims. Maybe even randomizing the traits to really make it a challenge!
I tend to only use one or two packs for a room to get the vibe right, but you always do such a good job of matching or creating new aesthetics while mixing together objects from lots of packs which is cool
BUILD IDEA:
house that looks just like any home BUT nothing is actually functional.
so you need to place items so that they don't work or use items that aren't functional (like debug chairs etc).
I've been suggesting this for many many times and I really hope that Syd sees my comment. I think this would be so fun and amazing with her creativity!

I love plants and flowers but I never thought I'd say I'd genuinely live in a flower shaped house! As always, a unique and interesting build that looks beautiful. I always get so inspired by your builds and your creativity and how you use items in interesting ways =)
I think it would be a cool challenge for you to do a completely symetrical build. Like the entire house (both on the outside and the floorplan inside) is symetrical and within every room all the main furniture is symetrical. The only thing you can do asymetrically is clutter and plants and other decor. Love your videos!

This is probably one of your prettiest builds you’ve ever made. I love the magical fairytale boho jungle vibe this has, especially the warm toned rooms. The color scheme??? So good.
I loveee this house it feels like a spring/floral fairy in her late twenties looking for love and loving the idea of love so she helps with weddings and different events like she’s a young fairy with a “older soul” she gives like kinda grandma vibes ❤
There actually is a one-tile wall waterfall from Sims 4 Perfect patio stuff, I found it quite fitting in that bathroom you built

13:12 I know it's the sims, but IRL you don't want to immediately open the bathroom door and see the toilet. You'd be better having the door open the other way. The toilet is the most private part of a bathroom. It is a waste disposal area. The room might flow better if the toilet was on the other side of the divider.
Otherwise, I love the build it's really creative. Very Spring. It's the flower bunny's house.

One of my faves you've done in a long time. I love ur fun shaped build challenges. My favorites were when you use to build the word houses.
The wine rack makes sense in the crafting room. I decorate the champagne bottles when I create my wedding decor.

Would be really cool to see this shell as a hospital type area bc the shape also reminds me of the medical emergency sign
Idea: my bf and I want to renovate his room, but we have no clue how we are gonna do it and what may look good. So the idea... you could like build your followers' rooms based on how their current room looks like, what they like and dislike, including the essencials they may already own... don't if it works in the sims, it may be pretty hard finding furniture that actually exists, but I think it's worth a try... :)

This is such a creative and pretty build! The one thing that I didn’t really like was putting the toilet in front of the divider instead of behind it hahaha seeing someone pooping is worse than seeing someone bathing but that’s just me
