    I have a project that has a big note over the drawing in model space that says the points have a scale factor for grid. The bench mark has a surface nothing and easting and a grid nothing and easting. When I turn on my geolocation map in civil3d the points are not in the area of where the project is located.
    Do I just type in Command line scale and then window all my points and scale them to zero for grid?

    Thanks for the video. How could the points get like that? It seems that control point 10000 is in state plane coordinates, but the other points are not.

    Sorry, Transformation of UTM / WGS84 point cloud coordinates to Local (or Topographic), what is the sequence to apply the grid scale factor for the prismoidal formula (different scale factor for each point and let C3D process it automatically) ? Thanks

    Please can you explain more details and steps of this video, Only GRID TO GROUND conversation your videos are the Last hope on internet, but for freshers of civil 3d very hard to understand, if possible kindly write down the STEPS in description or in comment box.
