Help me understand here.Should one man be allowed to play hide and seek with the law. Truly speaking if former president Zuma had followed constitutional requirements regarding his case then there wasn't going to be a con court sitting.
He was given a fare chance to be heard yet he walked away from that hearing meaning he governs himself not the law of the land.
And now he wants the top court in the land to reverse its own decision, because Con court is the highest court and no other court above it.How is that possible !!!

Please people Zuma’s case has nothing to do with TRIBE OR RAMAPHOSA and the entire ANC or APPARATHEID. Anyone who fails the law face the music. Right now if you have business and don’t pay TAX what will happen, SARS will come after you.

@@tracey627 1: She said the application has been deposed at the PMB high Court. You do not depose an application in law. The only thing you depose to is an affidavit.
2: She said the application was brought in terms of a section in the Uniform act. There is no such act in SA.
3: She said that in order for the rescission application to succeed, all parties invol3need to agree that a mistake occurred. This is incorrect

@@gambu4810 Not yet my brother and may not happen in his lifetime. Zuma appealed Zondo's judgement, but Zondo decided not to wait for the appeal and went straight to concourt and concourt put aside law and applied emotions now same court has agreed to hear out Zuma.

Ramaphosa must throw himself into this issue by pardoning President Zuma lest he wants the country to be ungovernable.
Ramaphosa has to act before any of the courts passes the judgment on the stay of execution and rescission.
He must first serve 6 months before he could be considered for pardoning
